AssurePlan Overview

Product documentation for migration assurance teams using AssurePlan.

What AssurePlan Does

AssurePlan is a project assurance workspace for high-risk migration programs. It helps PMs and PMO reviewers turn uploaded plan exports into evidence-backed findings, PM action lists, constrained recovery options, and steering-ready reports.

The first product lens is data center migration assurance. The product focuses on one practical loop: import a messy plan, complete the missing assurance context, run deterministic checks, review evidence, compare controlled options, and export a report plus an updated execution plan.

What You Can Do

  • Upload CSV or Excel plan exports from common planning tools.
  • Review mapped columns, missing required fields, and import readiness before saving.
  • Complete owners, dates, dependencies, status, migration context, tags, and missing assurance tasks inside the workspace.
  • Run assurance checks for ownership, dates, dependencies, cutover readiness, rollback coverage, validation timing, business impact, and technical confirmation.
  • Review findings with linked evidence and turn them into PM actions.
  • Compare constrained what-if options before selecting a recommended path.
  • Export a Steering Committee Brief and an updated plan from the current reviewed state.
  • Refresh the same workspace with a newer exported plan to continue assurance without live connectors.

What This Is Not

AssurePlan is not a generic task manager, chat assistant, or source-system replacement. It does not silently rewrite project plans or claim execution ownership. The product keeps PM judgment in the loop and makes every export depend on current plan data, reviewed findings, and evidence references.
