Plan
The Plan page keeps the complete schedule visible. Highlighted cells and the Repair Plan rail show the highest-value fixes.
Use Review safe fixes for direct, source-backed corrections. Dates, dependencies, new tasks, and other planning decisions are grouped into an optimization plan for your approval.
After a plan change, run Re-scan updated plan to measure the result.
Review
Review contains items that need evidence or PM judgment. Each item leads to one of three outcomes:
- repair the matching plan field;
- record a PM decision;
- defer or exclude it with a reason.
Evidence gaps are not presented as confirmed risks.
Scenarios
Scenarios compare executable alternatives. Each option includes:
- changed tasks and fields;
- forecast impact;
- dependency and schedule effects;
- advantages and disadvantages;
- assumptions and residual exposure.
Preview an option before using Apply scenario to plan. Applied scenarios create a new plan version and can be undone.
Report
The Report page is a decision dashboard based on the current plan, scan, decisions, and scenario state. Formal export is available only when those inputs are current.
