What AssurePlan Does
AssurePlan helps project managers turn an imperfect project schedule into a stronger working plan and an evidence-backed decision pack.
Upload the plan you already use. AssurePlan identifies its structure, highlights what prevents reliable execution, prepares safe repairs, guides decisions that need PM judgment, and shows how recovery scenarios would change the plan.
The Guided Journey
- Import and confirm how the source was understood.
- Review recommended plan repairs.
- Resolve evidence and PM decisions.
- Re-scan the updated plan.
- Compare executable scenarios.
- Review the decision dashboard.
- Export the steering brief and updated plan.
Each stage protects the next one. If an upstream plan or decision changes, AssurePlan explains which result is stale and takes you directly to the action that refreshes it.
What AssurePlan Does Not Do
AssurePlan does not silently rewrite your plan, invent project evidence, or replace your source planning system. You can inspect consequential changes before applying them and undo applied plan versions.
