Why It Is Manual First

AssurePlan can support ongoing assurance before Jira, Microsoft Project, Monday, Asana, Smartsheet, or other live connectors are available. The MVP path is refreshed upload: export the latest plan from the source tool, upload it into the same workspace, and compare the new plan version against prior scan results.

Refresh Flow

1. Open the existing project workspace.
2. Upload the latest exported plan file.
3. Review the refreshed import preview.
4. Save the new plan version when it is ready.
5. Run a new assurance scan.
6. Review new, resolved, and changed findings.

What This Protects

Manual refresh keeps the product useful without over-promising integration coverage. It also gives the PM an explicit checkpoint before each new plan version becomes the basis for assurance, what-if options, and report export.
