Upload the Plan You Have

AssurePlan accepts schedule-shaped Excel and CSV files, including many exports from common project and work-management tools.

Your file does not need to contain every assurance field. A task name and at least one valid task row are enough to start when the schedule region can be identified reliably.

Automatic Source Understanding

Before creating a workspace, AssurePlan:

• compares sheets and table regions;
• detects the likely header and task rows;
• maps common task, owner, date, duration, dependency, and status fields;
• preserves unknown columns as source context;
• creates stable display Task IDs when the source does not provide them.

High-confidence mappings are prepared automatically. You are asked only about an ambiguity that could materially change task identity or schedule interpretation.

Import Review

Check:

• selected sheet and header;
• detected task count;
• core field mappings;
• any decision marked Needs confirmation.

Choose Create workspace when the preview represents the plan you intended to upload.

Missing owner, date, dependency, or assurance context becomes guided repair work inside the plan. You do not need to rebuild the source file first.
