Decision Dashboard
The Report page summarizes:
- decision readiness;
- evidence coverage;
- current forecast;
- open findings and decisions;
- exposure by workstream;
- schedule and risk horizon;
- impact of approved changes.
Metrics are calculated from the current server-owned plan and scan. Empty or incomplete evidence is disclosed rather than replaced with invented chart values.
Steering Brief
Export steering brief creates a separate executive document designed for senior PM, PMO, and steering committee review. It contains the executive position, top exposures, schedule outlook, decisions needed, change impact, and evidence notes.
Updated Plan
The updated plan export uses the same current plan version as the dashboard. It includes imported values and approved changes with the fields needed for continued project execution.
Freshness
If the plan, scan, decision, or scenario changes, AssurePlan marks older report output as stale and shows the exact action required to refresh it.
