Steering Committee Brief

The primary report output is a Steering Committee Brief. It is designed for management review and should summarize current assurance status, top risks, required decisions, recommended next actions, selected what-if context, PM actions, and data-quality notes.

Updated Plan

The updated plan export reflects the current confirmed plan state. It should include imported values, user-confirmed edits, added assurance tasks, and the fields needed for downstream PM execution.

Export Gates

Formal export should be blocked when:

• The report preview is stale.
• No evidence-backed findings have been reviewed for inclusion.
• The current scan no longer matches the current plan version.
• Required data quality issues still prevent reliable analysis.

Export History

Saved workspaces can show recent report exports so a PM can see what has already been generated from a project workspace.
